1.  Not participating in recreational activities after long term participation

2.  Abrupt changes in school attendance, quality of work, work output, grades  

     and discipline

4.  Withdrawal from responsibility

5.  General changes in overall attitude

6.  Deterioration in physical appearance or grooming

     reluctance to wear long sleeved attire when appropriate

10. Unusual borrowing of money from friends, co-workers, or parents

11. Stealing small items from home or school

12. Secretive behavior regarding actions and possessions; poorly concealed   

     attempts to avoid attention and suspicion such as frequent trips to storage

     rooms, restroom, basement, etc.
